Where It All Started

Tom Marr got into construction the way most great builders do not, not because of a business plan, but because he loved the work.

Over four decades ago, Tom started building and renovating homes across Long Island. No shortcuts. No sugarcoating. Just honest craftsmanship, straight communication, and a relentless commitment to leaving every client happy.

Word spread the way it always does when someone does things right through referrals, through neighbors, through the clients who called back ten years later and asked for Tom by name. Uprite Plus grew not through advertising, but through reputation.

Today, that same foundation is still what drives the company. Tom is still personally involved. The same values are still in place. And the clients, many of whom have been working with Tom for 30 to 40 years, are still calling.

Uprite Plus was founded by Tom Marr in 1981, giving us over 43 years of continuous operation in the Long Island and New York construction market. 

Yes completely. Tom personally meets with new clients, walks job sites, and stays reachable throughout every active project.

Our office, showroom, and warehouses are based in Port Jefferson Station, New York. We serve clients across Manhattan, Nassau County, Suffolk County, Southampton, Sagaponack, East Hampton, Amagansett, and Montauk.
